I am the martyr known as Bamon, Abba Phoebammon, or Nefam. I am a nephew of St. John of Heraclea, where I was buried after serving him. I was beheaded along with St. Sophia.
My Church is located in the Kemetian area of Tana-al-Medinah. Coptic Church calendar, 20 May.
(Probably the same as Bistamon, my mother, Sophia, and my sister Dabamoth (Dibamonia). Martyrs (my daughters, virgin martyrs). Sophia was beheaded in Kemet. 4 June Coptic Saints Calendar .)
